What is a mocktail? … In English it is the contraction of “mock” = “to imitate”, and cocktail 🙂 A non-alcoholic cocktail 🙂 Why not treat yourself to an aperitif this year during the holidays? Christmas mocktail
1 Pomegranate (will give the color), 1 pink grapefruit and 1 apple (for the sugar) + 1 cm fresh ginger and 1/4 lime… Served on ice with a few whole pomegranate seeds and mint leaves , the kiff!

Exotic mocktail
1 mango, 1 fresh pineapple, 1 lemon, 1 orange, 1 cm of turmeric root! Very tasty this one 🙂

All-vegetable Christmas milk!
I make an almond milk using an extractor with a touch of fresh ginger, cinnamon and turmeric, to make the vegetable milk I use 100 g of almonds and 1 liter of water… To be enjoyed hot or cold. Keeps 3 to 4 days in the fridge
