Especially in winter, we crave a little boost of energy – be it after a long day at work or when the weather throws a spanner in the works. In moments like this, I like to resort to a simple but effective solution: freshly squeezed juices. These delicious immune, beauty and energy elixirs are not only a treat for the palate, but also true health boosters for our immune system.

Why are freshly squeezed juices so healthy?
