In this video that I made in collaboration with Hurom, I offer you 3 different juices, one for breakfast, one for a vitamin boost (mid-morning or as a snack), and a pleasure juice with seasonal strawberries , perfect before or after sport. I put the ingredients below. The choice of the device is important, the slow rotation preserves a maximum of vitamins and fibers, here the fruits are pressed, filtered and mixed directly.”

More info and my thoughts on the Hurom H310A slow juicer that I used in this video:
– It is compact, silent, stylish (pretty colours!), and a big advantage: you can put whole fruit in the Hopper!
– What do we use it for? Fruit and vegetable juices, sorbets (with frozen fruit), vegetable juices such as almond or cashew milk, and smoothies…
– Easy to use with a single central button, and a big improvement over existing models in terms of cleaning, which is simplified as much as possible.

📌3 Juice Recipes

🟢Breakfast, green juice:
1/4 cucumber, 1 handful of baby spinach, 1 golden apple, 1 stalk of celery, 1/4 organic lemon, 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger

🟡ACE vitamins:
2 organic carrots, 1 golden apple (or 1/2 golden, 1/2 Granny smith), 1 orange, 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger

🔴Juice after sport:
1/4 pineapple, 1/4 cucumber, 10 strawberries, a few mint leaves
