Shipping Zones
Free Shipping! – We offer free ground shipping on all orders of €100 or more within Germany and other European countries (Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden).
***Due to regional distribution agreements, delivery to some European countries may be limited.***
**Countries outside the EU may incur additional customs duties at the customer’s expense. Please refer to the customs regulations for each country for information.**
Shipment Processing
Next Day Cut-Off – Most orders placed by 9 11 PM CET will be processed and shipped out the next business day. Orders are held if we cannot verify your shipping address or if your billing details are flagged by our fraud detection. Hurom Europe is not responsible for any processing delays beyond our control. * During the promotional season, orders may be delayed for several days due to the high volume of orders.
Signature Confirmation – Hurom Europe reserves the right to require Signature Confirmation on any shipment. Our Customer Care agents are unauthorized to release signature requirements.
Order Changes/Cancellation Requests – We are unable to combine multiple orders. We cannot cancel or make changes to the details of an order once it has been submitted to our warehouse. Orders are submitted to our warehouse daily at 11 PM CET. Please contact us at earliest if you notice an error in your order details. You will be charged an intercept fee if you request an order cancellation after the order has been submitted.
Carrier Shipping Delays – Hurom Europe is not responsible for any carrier-caused shipping delays. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Shipping Damage Claims – If you suspect your products were damaged during transit, please try to refuse the shipment and E-mail us immediately at info@hurom-europe.com. Do not remove any items and keep the packaging as is. If we file an insurance claim, we may ask you to take pictures of the damage. We will send you a new unit at earliest. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Product Defect Claims – If you receive a juicer which you feel is defective, please contact our Customer Care Team. We will help you troubleshoot, process an exchange, and/or check the warranty on the product for further assistance.
Returns
14-Day Worry-Returns for Unopened Goods:
To accommodate Hurom gift givers, you have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to return any unopened items. The item must be undamaged and sealed in its original packaging. Accessories are non-refundable.
You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return for any opened unit. You are entitled to a refund if you change your mind, but the product must be unused, and the return shipping fee is €30 (initial shipping fee (€15) + return shipping fee (€15)) and is paid by the customer.
Damaged Returns – A restocking fee of up to 50% will be charged if products are damaged/used or missing accessories/documents. The return sender is responsible for any shipping damage due to improper return packaging.
Commercial Restocking Fee – Opened commercial-quality items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Cleaning Fee – A 15% cleaning fee will be charged if products are returned unwashed.
**Accessories are non-refundable.
Hurom-europe.com Valid Purchases Only – We only accept returns of appliance units purchased directly from www.hurom-europe.com. Sales of parts and accessories are final and cannot be returned. For Hurom products purchased elsewhere, please contact the original retailer for return policies.
How to Return an Item
Return Authorization – Please contact our team (info@Hurom-europe.com). Please have your original order number ready so we can retrieve your order details. We do not offer a free return policy. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning unwanted items.
Original Packaging – The item must be returned in its original packaging and include all accessories and documentation.
Unauthorized Returns – Hurom will not accept returns without a return authorization, and you will be charged for the shipping costs of the item. Hurom is not responsible for products that are lost or damaged without following our return process.
Important – If, under certain circumstances, a return label is issued by Hurom, the return should be made within 7 business days. Otherwise, a full refund is not guaranteed in the event of a customer request.
Refunds
Return Approval Process – Once your return is received, our customer Care Team will inspect the product based on the above requirements and approve the refund.
Refund Processing – A credit will be applied to your original payment method immediately upon approval. Please contact your payment provider for details about when the credit will be applied to your account. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
