Free Shipping! – We offer free ground shipping on all orders of €100 or more within Germany and other European countries (Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden). 

***Due to regional distribution agreements, delivery to some European countries may be limited.***

**Please note: Delivery is available only within the continental European Union. 
We do not deliver to territories outside the European continent, even if they belong to an EU member state — such as the French overseas territories (e.g. Réunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Mayotte) or the Spanish territories outside Europe (e.g. Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla). **

Shipment Processing

Next Day Cut-Off – Most orders placed by 11 PM CET will be processed and shipped out the next business day. Orders are held if we cannot verify your shipping address or if your billing details are flagged by our fraud detection. Hurom Europe is not responsible for any processing delays beyond our control. 
* During the promotional season, orders may be delayed for several days due to the high volume of orders. 

Estimated Shipping Time:
– Within Germany: 1–3 business days
– Neighboring countries (Austria, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, etc.): 2–5 business days
– Other EU countries: 3–10 business days

Signature Confirmation – Hurom Europe reserves the right to require Signature Confirmation on any shipment. Our Customer Care agents are unauthorized to release signature requirements. 

Order Changes/Cancellation Requests – We are unable to combine multiple orders. We cannot cancel or make changes to the details of an order once it has been submitted to our warehouse. Orders are submitted to our warehouse daily at 11 PM CET. Please contact us at earliest if you notice an error in your order details.  

Carrier Shipping Delays – Hurom Europe is not responsible for any carrier-caused shipping delays. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. 

Shipping Damage Claims – If you suspect your products were damaged during transit, please try to refuse the shipment and e-mail us immediately at info@hurom-europe.com. Do not remove any items and keep the packaging as is. If we file an insurance claim, we may ask you to take pictures of the damage. We will send you a new unit at earliest. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery. 

Product Defect Claims – If you receive a juicer which you feel is defective, please contact our Customer Care Team. We will help you troubleshoot, process an exchange, and/or check the warranty on the product for further assistance.

Withdrawal Policy 

Right of withdrawal 

You are entitled to withdraw from the contract you have concluded with us within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier of the goods, took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Hurom Europe GmbH of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (Email address: info@hurom-europe.com).   

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.   

In the case of products ordered by you and delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you (not the carrier of the goods) took possession of the last goods delivered by us. In cases where you have ordered an item consisting of several parts, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you (not the carrier of the goods) has taken possession of the last part of the goods delivery.   

We only accept returns of products purchased directly from www.hurom-europe.com. For Hurom products purchased elsewhere, please contact the original retailer regarding their return policy. 

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you without delay (no later than 14 days after the day on which we received the returned item) for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of costs for any delivery method other than the standard delivery method offered by us that you may have chosen). We will make this refund using the same means of payment you used for the purchase. 

We may withhold or refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. 

 Should you wish to return your order, please send our Team a return request via email (Email address: info@hurom-europe.com). Have your original order number on hand so we can retrieve your order details. You will then receive a free return label, enabling you to return the product. The product must be returned complete with all accessories. If the product is returned in a condition that is not a result of handling necessary for checking its nature, properties, and functionality, we reserve the right to claim compensation for any resulting loss in value. 

Please note that when returning electrical appliances that come into contact with food, an appropriate deduction may be made from the refund amount if there are residues that pose a hygiene risk, e.g. food residues that have not been removed. 

The amount deducted depends on the degree of contamination and the subsequent decrease in value. If the device is returned in a heavily used or contaminated state and cannot be reconditioned or resold as new, the deduction may be significant. 

If the purchase contract is withdrawn or the goods are returned, the customer is obliged to return all gifts or promotional items received as part of this purchase in full and in unused condition. If the gifts are not returned or are returned damaged, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the gift from the refund amount. 

Hurom will not accept returns without a return authorization and you will be charged the shipping cost of the item back to you. Hurom is not responsible for products that are lost or damaged without following our return process.
