Terms of Use

Sect. 1 Scope of validity, customer information

The following general terms and conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Hurom Europe GmbH and consumers or entrepreneurs who purchase goods in this shop. Conditions that oppose or differ from these terms and conditions will not be accepted. The contract language will be German.

Sect. 2 Conclusion of contract

(1) The offers on the internet represent a binding invitation to you to purchase goods.

(2) You can put one or more products into the cart. In the course of the order process, you enter your data and desires concerning payment tool, delivery method, etc. By clicking the order button, you accept this offer to conclude a purchase contract.

Sect. 3 Customer information: Storage of the contractual text

The contract with the item details will be stored by us. You cannot access this information over the internet though. You can download the GTC at any time over our web page. You can also make a screenshot (= screen photography) at the time of the order or alternatively print out the whole side.

Sect. 4 Customer information: Correction note

You can modify your entries at any time before submitting the order by using the ‘delete’ key. We will keep you informed throughout the checkout process for further correction options. You can also terminate the order process at any time by closing the browser window completely.

Sect. 5 Retention of title

The merchandise remains our property until full payment is made.

Sect. 6 Expiry of your warranty claims

(1) The warranty

We only offer a warranty for motors and parts of slow juicer models if you purchase them from Hurom Europe. Warranty periods vary depending on the model. Consumables such as silicone parts and juice and pulp containers are excluded from the warranty.

– H400/H330P/H320N/H70FT/H70ST: 15-year warranty on motor and parts

– H310A/E50ST: 10-year warranty on motor and parts

– Others (except DT-SJ ​​series): 10-year warranty on the motor, 2-year warranty on parts

*The above warranty period applies only to the main product. Additional purchased parts are covered by a 2-year warranty.

10-year motor warranty and 2-year parts warranty for all slow juicer models (except HW series, DT-SJ ​​series, and S13), only when purchased from Hurom Europe.

Original or copy of the purchase receipt must be submitted.

(2) Cost of shipping under the warranty

If the product or any of its parts are covered by warranty service, Hurom Europe will replace or repair the damaged product free of charge. If the claim is made within one year of the date of purchase, Hurom Europe will cover the shipping costs. After one year, or if special shipping requests are required, the consumer bears the shipping costs.

(3) Warranty exclusions

– Hurom is not liable for economic damages or special, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss or damage resulting from food spoilage or product damage, whether or not due to product defects.

– The warranty is non-transferable and non-refundable and is valid only for the original verified purchaser from an authorized reseller.

– Hurom is not responsible for the repair or replacement of defective or damaged components resulting from power outages, the use of extension cords, low voltage, or brownouts within the appliance.

– Hurom assumes no liability for parts or labor protection in the event of component failure or other damage resulting from improper use or installation, or failure to clean and/or maintain the product as described in the instruction manual provided with each appliance.

– The warranty does not cover defects resulting from normal wear and tear, handling, misuse, incorrect use, or harsh chemical exposure, or from products with a removed or altered serial number, or from products modified by unauthorized service personnel, or from damage caused by flood or fire.

– The warranty does not cover defects caused by the consumer’s attempts to disassemble or repair the product.

– Hurom is not liable for warranty claims on products sold or used outside of European countries.

Please note that Hurom does not offer an international warranty. Therefore, warranty coverage may be limited in non-EU countries and EU countries to which we do not ship our products. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

We do not provide after-sales service for purchases from unauthorized sellers. If you have any questions about authorizing an online seller, please contact us at: Info@hurom-europe.com.

(4) Can I send my machine to Hurom for repair if it is out of warranty?

– Yes, you can. We may be able to repair or replace your product for a fee. Please note that after-warranty service will incur repair costs, which may vary.

(5) Where can I find spare parts?

Sect. 7 Limitation of liability

We exclude liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty, unless these concern essential contractual obligations, death, personal injury, impairment of health, or warranties, or are affected by claims under the Product Liability Act (ProdHaftG). The same applies to breaches of duty by our vicarious agents and legal representatives. The contractual obligations include, in particular, the obligation to make the item and the property available to you. Furthermore, we must deliver the goods to you free of material defects and faults.
