H320N Review by Sports-insider.de
Homemade, fresh smoothies and juices – a healthy alternative to store-bought juice
Smoothies and freshly squeezed juices are pure vitamin bombs and strengthen the immune system when freshly prepared and drunk. They protect against free radicals that damage the cell nucleus. Green smoothies with lots of leafy vegetables such as spinach or kale are particularly healthy because their high chlorophyll content can lower cholesterol levels.
The sweet fruit smoothies, on the other hand, are usually very high in calories and replace a whole meal. Therefore, you should mix your juices well and not only use sweet and high-calorie fruits. The Hurom H320N also handles soft fruit better than other devices. It doesn’t clog and gets a good amount of juice out of this fruit too. So-called juice cures are also popular to detoxify the body, improve the complexion and promote digestion. The Hurom H320N is particularly suitable for green leafy vegetables, because it also shreds these without fibers and juices them gently and rich in vitamins. In contrast to store-bought juice, which is often provided with additives or is obtained less gently from concentrates, with a slow juicer you have full control over the ingredients and you get absolutely fresh and vitamin-rich juice, since the juicing is done very gently.
Being able to make ginger shots fresh and undiluted is a real highlight for me for the coming cold season. Because the freshly squeezed ginger juices really pack a punch and allow the gingerols they contain to develop their full health-promoting effect.
However, if you thought that you could save money with homemade juices, you will be surprised. To be honest, it worked and that’s how it was. Because if you don’t dilute the juices and use high-quality organic vegetables or fruit, a glass of freshly squeezed juice costs a lot of money. So it’s clear why the industry is stretching supermarket juices or increasing volume with cheaper fruits, such as bananas or apples, which are plentiful in almost every ready-made smoothie.
Nevertheless, the freshly made juices and smoothies are incredibly tasty and you will find many ideas in the recipe book included – and the Internet is also full of great ideas for juices and smoothies.

H310A Review by Pointus.fr
We praised the merits of the Hurom H200, a professional quality cold-pressed juice extractor! The brand has just released a new model, more compact but just as efficient for making juices at home.
We find a clean and super pleasant design specific to the brand, and a very compact object that can be easily installed on kitchen worktops (we love the variation of pastel and clean colors that the brand has released in a matte version). Inside, like the other models, the engine is a bomb! Evidenced by the super silky juices that come out.
Juices, smoothies and even vegetable milks, we tested everything and the results are at the top of what we could have hoped for. Same principles as before, no need to cut fruits and vegetables with a machete for the extractor to grind them. It does the job even in rough cuts!
Annelina Waller’s H310A Review and Juice Recipe

The ultimate juice for a healthy belly and beautiful skin✨
It’s juice time! I’ll tell you my favorite juice recipe.
Super healthy and good for you and your body. With lots of vegetables, greens and other delicacies. Especially good for your digestion.
I use a Hurom slow juicer to prepare it. This is super important, because it’s the only way to ensure that your juice gets as many vitamins and nutrients as possible.

Hervé’s H310A Review and 3 Juice Recipes

“Homemade juices are trendy, we enjoy them with sunny days and all the fruits and vegetables in season. In this video that I made in collaboration with Hurom, I offer you 3 different juices, one for breakfast, one for a vitamin boost (mid-morning or as a snack), and a pleasure juice with seasonal strawberries , perfect before or after sport. I put the ingredients below. The choice of the device is important, the slow rotation preserves a maximum of vitamins and fibers, here the fruits are pressed, filtered and mixed directly.”
More info and my thoughts on the Hurom H310A slow juicer that I used in this video:
– It is compact, silent, stylish (pretty colours!), and a big advantage: you can put whole fruit in the Hopper!
– What do we use it for? Fruit and vegetable juices, sorbets (with frozen fruit), vegetable juices such as almond or cashew milk, and smoothies…
– Easy to use with a single central button, and a big improvement over existing models in terms of cleaning, which is simplified as much as possible.
📌3 Juice Recipes
🟢Breakfast, green juice:
1/4 cucumber, 1 handful of baby spinach, 1 golden apple, 1 stalk of celery, 1/4 organic lemon, 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger
🟡ACE vitamins:
2 organic carrots, 1 golden apple (or 1/2 golden, 1/2 Granny smith), 1 orange, 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger
🔴Juice after sport:
1/4 pineapple, 1/4 cucumber, 10 strawberries, a few mint leaves

Tea Master Review by thegreataddress.com
For many tea aficionados, Hurom Tea Master is one of the best electric tea makers available on the market. For infusion perfection, it comes with pre-set temperatures that take the guesswork out of determining if the water is hot enough for oolongs or a little cooler for green tea. Other intelligent features include a full customisation mode and a keep-warm function. Even demanding tea drinkers will love this Hurom tea maker.
.
.
Eliminate the guesswork of water temperature and brew time for different types of teas with Hurom Tea Master. It perfectly brews any kind of tea at the right temperature and for the right amount of time – from Oriental tea, grain tea, leaf tea to fruit tea and even Moka pot coffee. With this machine, the world-famous Hurom brand has brought convenience, simplicity, and efficiency into a small, practical, and useful product.

[Interview] Tatjana Bejta

1. Tell us about yourself
My name is Tatjana and as a dental hygienist. I take care of the dental health of my patients. I also work as a lecturer at a training academy. Since, as is well known, health begins in the mouth, nutrition plays a major role for me not only in my private life but also in my professional life.
2. When and why did you buy the Hurom Slow Juicer?
About two years ago I bought my first juicer, I quickly gave it away and then bought a Hurom Slow Juicer. I value a device that produces a perfect juice yield and is easy to clean. The Hurom convinced me the most, so I also got the juicer for my seminars – such a fresh juice is always well received by the participants, a bought finished product can’t keep up 🙂
3. What features/benefits of the Hurom Slow Juicer make you particularly happy to use it?
I love at least three things about the Hurom Slow Juicer.
⑴ The Hurom is really quiet for a slow juicer, which is very nice
⑵ The juice yield is extremely good and the pomace is dry. I have the feeling that I’m getting everything out of the fruit, i.e. really sucking it out.
⑶ Cleaning is super fast, everything is cleaned again in about 4 minutes. The Hurom’s screen is so smooth that very little gets caught, so cleaning is a snap.
4. What is your advice for people who strive for a healthy lifestyle? (or eat healthier?)
I would like to stay with the juice, although I can give numerous tips for a healthy lifestyle.
Ideally, it is best to juice organically grown fruits and vegetables. The juice should be drunk immediately after squeezing, the fresher it is, the more vitamins it contains. Personally, I sometimes add vitamin D3/K2 drops to my juice, so I have added value right away. Lots of vegetables ensure a high mineral content. Celery, for example, has a high water content, which means very few calories and at the same time many minerals such as magnesium, potassium and calcium. I especially like celery with pineapple. Or the cucumber, it is rather tasteless and has very few calories. But it is a beauty elixir for skin and hair. Cucumber tastes delicious with apple and ginger. In winter I love citrus fruits, whether grapefruit, orange, lemon with ginger and turmeric and a little pepper, viruses and bacteria don’t stand a chance anymore. With shots, I always add some omega 3 oil. I would like to give you a little tip, it’s best to drink the juice with a straw, it’s better for the enamel of your teeth.
5. How can we meet you or attend your seminar?
I haven’t been active on Instagram for that long, but now I really like using the platform. You can write to me at any time under “tatis_dentalhygiene_plus“.
[Interview] Christopher Crell
- Tell us about yourself?
My name is Christopher Crell. I’m a chef, nutritionist and absolutely passionate about sports. Due to my passion for my job, I made it onto German television as a chef and nutritionist early on. I’m a chef and nutritional expert at Radio Frankfurt and published my first book, “Genussvoll gesund bleiben (Staying Enjoyably Healthy)” in August of this year.
- When/for what reasons did you become passionate about healthy food?
I developed my passion for cooking when I was a little boy. My father, who was actually a doctor, was a gifted cook. He enthusiastically cooked very elaborately at our house every Saturday evening. Here the schnitzel was beaten free and the Bernaise sauce was whipped up by hand. My father also had his own vegetable garden in which I was very happy to help him. I noticed early on that our freshly harvested organic vegetables and fruit were not only far ahead in terms of taste.
After my mother died early from cancer, I went into cooking training and I loved working with such fresh and sometimes exotic products. I quickly learned that food is much more than just food, but that it is full of valuable ingredients, which is why everyone has their natural pharmacy in their front yard. That’s why I started to study ecothrophology after my training.
- What is important to you when it comes to healthy eating?
I love fresh vegetables, fruit, legumes and nuts. Instead of a carbohydrate-rich diet, I value a nutrient-rich and balanced diet that is low in carbohydrates and consists of healthy fats and proteins in addition to vegetables and fruit.
- What role does Slow Juicer play in your culinary life?
I was initially skeptical about this new device. Today, however, it is impossible to imagine life without it. I’ve put almost everything I can get my hands on in the slowjuicer. Every day I drink fruit and vegetable juices from my self-sufficient garden in Portugal. However, the slowjuicer can do much more than just squeeze juices, which is why I use it several times a day in my house.
- What feature of the Hurom Slow Juicer excites you to use it in your kitchen?
To be honest, it’s not just one feature, it’s the many features that excite me about the Hurom Slow Juicer. In addition to my juices, I do great things with him, such as homemade low-carb pasta. You can conjure up lightness, great purees, sauces, even ice cream and fruit sorbets with it, for what would normally require several different kitchen appliances.
- What advice do you have for people who want to eat healthily?
I can only recommend everyone to avoid bad carbohydrates in their diet as far as possible. Here I am speaking largely of Industrie Zuckelt, wheat flour and products made from it, but also of renouncing rice and even potatoes. Just anything that would cause the blood sugar level to rise rapidly. Instead, they prefer to fill their diet with plenty of vegetables, legumes, nuts and fruit in moderation. Be careful where your food comes from, does not have to be transported far and is free of pesticides. Meat and fish is allowed, but also here make sure that the animals do not come from mass farming, that they were raised in a species-appropriate manner with species-appropriate nutrition and outdoors, free of pesticides and antibiotics.
- Please share some tips to make healthy food delicious.
Combine different tastes. See that you can bring all 4 taste buds into one dish. They would be sweet, sour, salty and bitter. If you manage to bring this into a balanced relationship and then give it a good mouthfeel by combining something soft but also crunchy in your dish, because then we cooks speak of a palate orgasm.

Christopher Crell’s Recipes Video ⑥ Duck breast on Jerusalem artichoke puree with Jerusalem artichoke chips in a red cabbage apple sauce

Duck breast on Jerusalem artichoke puree with Jerusalem artichoke chips in a red cabbage apple sauce.
Everything prepared with Hurom, of course.
Ingredients for 2 people:
-Duck breast
-Half a head of red cabbage
-150 g Jerusalem artichoke
-half apple
-Allspice, cloves, juniper berries, anise
-Salt/pepper/sugar
-frying fat
-200g soy cream
- Press red cabbage and apple through the Hurom Slow Juicer to juice. Add a pinch of sugar, a star anise, 3 cloves, 3 allspice and 3 juniper berries, bring to the boil and reduce by half.
- At the same time, peel the Jerusalem artichoke, put 2 bulbs aside for chips, and cut the rest into small pieces. Put the pieces in a saucepan with the soy cream and 100 ml water, a good pinch of salt and simmer until the pieces are soft.
- Crush the duck breast (cut the skin so that it gets nice and crispy when roasting). Salt generously on all sides and then sear skin-side down in a hot pan or griddle without adding fat. Turn after 4 minutes and fry for another 3 minutes on the other side. Then put it on a cutting board and let it rest for another 3 minutes.
- At the same time, slice the remaining 2 Jerusalem artichokes into thin slices using a mandolin or other kitchen slicer. Fry into chips in deep-frying fat and generously salt.
- Press the soft boiled Jerusalem artichoke pieces in the Hurom Slow Juicer to a puree.
Plating:
Place a large spoonful of the puree in the middle of a large plate, then rub it through once with the spoon. Wrap the sauce around it. Cut the meat open and place in strips on the puree, then garnish with the chips.

5 best Slow Juicer Test 2022 by 10toptest.de
Hurom H-AI-SBE20
…
The press of this juicer relies on the so-called “Slow Squeezing Technology,” which, in contrast to many other juicers, presses without additional air and heat. This means that the juice is squeezed out of the fruit and vegetables even more gently and numerous nutrients are retained. The built-in stainless steel filter also filters out all unwanted residues from the juice. A mixer is also integrated in the device, which can be operated automatically at the push of a button.
Admittedly, it is difficult to find any real criticism of the H-AI Platinum juicer. Starting with the excellent performance of the device, the integrated collection container for the pulp, to the fact that the juicer is largely made of stainless steel, there is really not much to complain about apart from the relatively high price. However, if you want to be strict with this juicer, the main point of criticism would be the cleaning.
…
Thus, the H-AI Platinum is and remains the clear test winner due to the versatile features and the particularly high-quality workmanship and was able to assert itself as the best slow juicer in its price range by far.
