If you want to sweeten your sorbet a little, put some of the sugar syrup aside. Add half a teaspoon of chilli flakes to the rest.<\/li><li>Cut a quarter out of the pineapple. Peel well, cut out the hard stalk and cut the flesh into pieces.<\/li><li>Leave the pineapple pieces to soak in the chilli sugar syrup for half an hour. The pineapple gets a slight sharpness and nice sweetness.<\/li><li>Puree frozen strawberries with a pinch of ground cardamom in the Hurom Slow Juicer to make sorbet. If you like it a little sweeter, add some sugar syrup and stir the sorbet.<\/li><li>Place the pineapple chunks in the center of a small plate or bowl.
