Formen drei etwa gleichgro\u00dfe Kartoffelpl\u00e4tchen aus der Masse und braten sie von beiden Seiten je ca. 3 Minuten an.<\/li><li>Parallel geben sie etwas von dem Saft mit dem Meerrettichin und der Sahne in einen kleinen Topf und erhitzen diesen.<\/li><li>Die Sauce mit Salz abschmecken und mit einem Stab Mixer aufsch\u00e4umen.<\/li><li>Die Kartoffelpl\u00e4tchen in die Mitte eines Tellers setzen. Das warm gemachte Lachssteak darauf setzen.
